If a women has trauma & needs a empathetic man she's validated as brave or strong & gets much more empathy from men then vice versa. That's all he's saying but hey surprise it's the women calling him out here. What's more likely, a emotionally secure woman empathizing with a traumatized man or vice versa. Not saying it's a woman's responsibility but he's right about it being a problem for men going through trauma. & when I say empathize I don't mean as a friend but as a partner.
Your actually just did what he said women do to men. Act defensive and then dismissive of this man's feelings, followed by negating/patronizing his own personal experience as a human being.
Women in general are fantastic at providing emotional care for partners, children, family members, friends, on and on. I don’t know who he’s meeting and why this is lacking in the women he dates. But to say most American women don’t know that men require emotional care, and don’t know how to provide it, is simply incorrect. He is drawing these people to him because of his own issues. Don’t put that shit on the most of us please.
You also don't have to identify with an abstraction like "most of us" etc. That is a choice that you are making.
