Nice movie with beautiful actors and actresses, all so very skilled and perfect in their own play. If you don't like sad ending, then stop watching the last episodes from 52 to 54 if you want to keep the magic in your heart. The ending is so bad. I enjoyed till episode 51 though some episodes were too hard, but that's chinese drama. The ending is heartbreaking.
Li Xin looks stunning in this episode, especially at 1:42, she strikes a pose!. I love the dance she performed created by the Dowager Consort Sun. Also, the solo dance she did at 4:50.
There's another song called Shadow in the drama that I like even more. It plays when she dances for the prince in the courtyard. Such a beautiful melody.

I feel like I'm obessed with chinese hsitorical dramas, first it was korean dramas but know when you watch lots of chinese historical dramas and You watch korean dramas I feel like is soo boring maybe because chinese drama are soo dramatic.
The historical and modern melodramas coming out of the mainland these days quite enjoyable. Though as a westerner who's lived in China, the differences between how day to day life is portrayed in these dramas and how it actually is in reality is eerily obvious. I'm concerned they'll be used to push CCP propaganda more and more in the future though in an attempt to white wash history and influence western audiences opinions.
After watching all of the Song of Glory i must say it is a wonderful series..its filled with love, laughter,betrayal, unity and trust ..it reminds me of two other wuxia series put together .. i see alot of reviews that the ML is old and ugly (he is old but not ugly) . I think we are blinded by looks and not by kindness because the male lead is very loving , honest, caring and compassionate and thats all tht matters and not lusting after every ML 🙂..I think he is a perfect man also ML and FL love for each other is amazing and beautiful..they have the purest of heart. This series has alot of wonderful actors each played their roles perfectly. FL maid is very funny lol n also the two right hand men for king peng cheng. Overall i would recommend. Remember As long as there is love there is light .
