    材料:700克非洲鱼、少许盐、少许胡椒粉、少许玉米淀粉、4瓣蒜、1块生姜、1条红辣椒、1把青葱、200毫升清水、1勺蚝油、1勺绍兴酒、半勺黑酱油、1勺酱油
    1)把鱼抹上少许盐、少许胡椒粉、少许玉米淀粉,下锅炸至两面金黄色
    2)锅留底油,爆香蒜&姜片,后加入鱼、200毫升清水、1勺蚝油、1勺绍兴酒、半勺黑酱油、1勺酱油煮至沸腾盖起来焖1分钟
    3)翻个面,加入红辣椒&青葱,再焖个1分钟即可开吃❤️
