We stayed in our caravan out the back of the Sandfire roadhouse in July on our way south from Broome nice place to rest up overnight. Best thing is we can drop the van and use our 4WD Jeep to go anywhere. Stayed at the caravan park across from Cable Beach in Broome really nice place but it was very expensive and crowded. We went to see the John Farnham doco at he historic open air picture gardens in Broome it was a great experience and a real step back in time..
That sounds like a great experience! We felt the same about our campsite, it was nice but way overpriced and way too many people there! But I guess that's normal in such a beautiful and popular spot!
Those jelly things you saw are not Jelly fish. They're the egg sacks of the Moon Snail (they're actually called "jelly sacks"). They're millions of snail eggs encased in a jelly like substance. Great vid guys. Hope you're enjoying WA.

Thank you for clarifying that for us, we had no idea. You learn something new everyday!
