IMRA Team at Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital | Free Cochlear Implants for Dumb and Deaf Children

In a remarkable collaboration between Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital (GTTH) and the Medical Relief Association (IMRA), Six children underwent life-changing cochlear implant surgeries completely free of cost. This partnership exemplifies the potential when healthcare organizations and charitable associations unite to transform the

Cochlear implants are innovative devices designed to restore hearing in individuals with severe or profound hearing loss. They work by bypassing damaged portions of the area and directly simulating the auditory nerve, allowing recipients to perceive sound signals.
