Went with my family a couple years ago and it was my favorite resort I’ve ever been to! Going with my husband on our honeymoon in December! We have VIP access. Sooooo excited😍 the butler and VIP access does make for a great experience even though it’s a bit expensive. But you don’t have to reserve anything yourself you can just text your butler and they take care of everything. Definitely a luxury experience and you get access to more things and more attention honestly.

Honestly I would go to this hotel I’ve been once and I’m going again next month they have many places even little parts no one really mentions like the sandwich shop or cafe I don’t like the lazy river much though it’s not that good but everything else is great the arcade is great so are all the pools the beaches are nice I can’t tell you how the casino is though I’m not old enough to go in but I would definitely recommend it to you
It has basketball courts mini golf and a full sized golf field all the restaurants are good many shops and the pool entertainment is fun and gets everyone involved when I went they had scuba diving equipment with a instructor and they let you swim in the pool with it for free to see if you want to do the excursion and it’s very nice to walk around at night it has many bridges with water and massive turtles under and the night shows were very good their is many different places for night shows and then there is also very good night bars for children and adults it’s very good and you would definitely enjoy it
My wife and I are leaving March 8th (in about three days!) for the Hard Rock. We're first time fliers, so we did the bundled deal (airfare + hotel stay). We also purchased first class tickets for the flight while in the US. All together, first class tickets, 7 whole days of 13 pools, 9 restaurants, all you can eat and drink, it was $3,500 for both of us. If we would've kept economy tickets and not flown first class, it would've been like $2,700 for 7 days.
I’ve been once in 2018 they were still doing some work and I’m going again next month I’m from the uk and I loved the place being from the uk I wanted to try the grilled cheese but they were refurbishing that restaurant and the coffee place can you tell me if either of them are good I think the place that does the grilled cheese is just a sandwich shop
My wife and I are going March 8th of this year (three days!). The drinks and restaurants are included. The only thing is if you go to the night club, you have to buy your own drinks. Otherwise, it's all free!

Hard Rock is the best. I've been to Dreams palm beach and the Hard rock. Dreams palm beach is a bit too small in my opinion, Hard rock offers a lot more. More pools, more places to eat, more entertainment, just all around better.

Thanks for posting this, we just came from the Sanctuary Cap Cana, which was a lot smaller, but I think we like the smaller resorts better.
