Very excited to get this leg for my spouse. How does the leg not come off in the water? Is there anything besides the suction being used?

Bait and switch...they allow you to try a working leg...and when you puchase it the one they give you doesn't work. The company does nothing to rectify it. Over a year I have been trying to get a working limb...the company does nothing to help.
