Farming efficiency is always a great tech to grab early game. Also, put storage yard near your farms so the workers don't have to carry the food so far between trips.
Yeah I’d recommend mining as well, all 3 along the top are basic necessity to keep building different things then maybe a few into logistics for the space increase… the very first point should be in tech xp for schools though, getting those points cranking is super powerful
I have a game going that I'm at a point that I should be self sufficient but I think it's made so that you'll never be able to make enough some items for yourself so you have to trade for it. Lanterns and soap for instance. Once I can build a trade post I almost never use the dock again. Try build enough of something that you trade on a loop for those things you can't keep up on. @@JpaceBuilds
I think you should take immigrants at the start to build the colony up. But, you have to put in a clinic and I would suggest unlocking the Herbalist Hut and Bathhouse. You won't be able to build the bathhouse yet, but unlocking it lets the clinic treat another illness that will come with the immigrants.
I have a population of about 1300 and I still can't keep any for laborers so I just set it automatically accept immigrants. And I'm still running out by the time the next batch arrives. Getting ready for another mass die off of old people. The last one was traumatic. I love this game.@@JpaceBuilds

Good tip and yeh i plan on it. Those farms are going to move eventually.
@@JpaceBuildsI prefer to farm near the town at the start and then move them out later once I need room for clinic, chapel, boiler etc.
Thank you Jpace. We are here, with you :)
I appreciate that
Very relaxing to watch this video.
Is it on purpose, that the playlist is in reverse order?
It just recently changed, I need to set it back. Thanks for reminding me.

I was thinking the same, get a little influx of people. Clinic is on the list.

You have to order food. Set it so the ship doesn't even stop unless you ordered something.
I am going to try and get a little built up, but I may need to order a little bit to build up the reserves.
Cubs are animals
What is the full size of the game
Like hard drive size?
And storage space yes
Small.. Steam shows it taking up less than 2gb of space on the hard drive@@bricebrillo6635
