This was my wife's very first stop without me. She learned a lot from her video. That's what its all about, learning what to do/say and what not to do/say. You get better through experience. People (not saying you) talk alot of shit about what they would have done or not done. Until folks are put in that situation it may not go as planned. This takes courage and I'm proud of her for canceling her license and traveling with a private plate. It's takes a real one to do it. Every single video out there should be a learning experience for all including this one. I agree, she could have done better. But all in all, my wife's particular experience is a learning lesson. It's cool to se different experiences. Her stop also confirmed somethings as well such as no contract, they can't do shit. That cop was talking a lot of shit about how he could give her tickets for No DL, Ins, etc. Why didn't he??? He had better shit to do, yeah right. He didn't because she isn't contracted with them and don't have a license and he knew she didn't need one. He also said he read notice post on property so he was well aware of her private status. There was no license for him to tax or charge. He said her license isn't valid. He lied. That shit is CANCELED. There's a difference. Something has to exist in order for it to be deemed valid, invalid, expired, etc. Like I say, you get better with experience. Every stop i dealt with has been better and better. Look at my very first stop with black cop on this channel. Then look at the stop with reservation cop, then look at my approach to have my wife's back. That's not a license (contract). So he went and ran her name and found that her license was cancelled. That's why he said "her licnese is not valid". Not suspended. Insurance and registration isn’t “permission to use your property”, you can use your vehicle all you want at your own place of residence. Registration is permission to use the STATE’S highway system, which you are NOT constitutionally entitled to. Driving is a privilege, NOT a right.

But the fact of the matter is, uninsured vehicles are a huge liability when it comes to being in an accident, as it relies entirely on the driver to pay for any damages if they are at fault. And most of the time (because honestly, car repairs are a bit of a scam lol) people are not able to pay out of pocket. And of course, you could say “I’d never get into an accident”, but that’s not the point. The future is unpredictable. I could say “I’ll never get cancer” but that doesn’t make me immune to it. There’s still a chance that it can happen.
Arizona law defines a "Motor vehicle" as a "A self propelled vehicle" (28-101). 28-2153 states a person shall not operate a motor vehicle on a highway without being properly registered. 28-3151 states that a driver must have a license to operate a motor vehicle.

That's why California is allowed to search any vehicles that enter the state to check for produce that may contain invasive insects. The Supreme Court ruled that searching vehicles that enter California for any produce that may contain invasive insects does not violate the 4th Amendment, since it is not "unreasonable" to protect the crops of the state. You could even say this may be a violation of the right to travel between states, but the courts still upheld it as an important protection of our critical food supplies.

What is most noteworthy to me is how this ended with the corporate policy enforcement agents getting in their patrol cars and leaving the scene without pressing to take any action. There's a huge difference between not valid and not existing. They couldn't do shit, but what they did. LEAVE. This was my wife's very first stop without me. She learned a lot from her video. That's what its all about, learning what to do/say and what not to do/say. You get better through experience.

That cop was talking a lot of shit about how he could give her tickets for No DL, Ins, etc. Why didn't he??? He had better shit to do, yeah right. There was no license for him to tax or charge.

Remember the officers job is to enforce COMMERCE. They don't have jurisdiction over in privage matters. Only commercial.

Anyway, my wife gave him a US Passport. That's not a license (contract). So he went and ran her name and found that her license was cancelled. That's why he said "her licnese is not valid". Not suspended. He used the word not valid, not wanting to admit it was cancelled. Therfore, officer didn't have any proof that she was operating in a commercial capacity not is there a VALID contract on file. He had no choice but to let her go.
It's all about commerce and contracts. Once you understand that, you'll understand why they never wrote any tickets. Not this time, not previous video that UA-cam took down, and not when I got pulled over on TX about a month ago.

But the fact of the matter is, uninsured vehicles are a huge liability when it comes to being in an accident, as it relies entirely on the driver to pay for any damages if they are at fault. And most of the time (because honestly, car repairs are a bit of a scam lol) people are not able to pay out of pocket.
And of course, you could say “I’d never get into an accident”, but that’s not the point. The future is unpredictable. I could say “I’ll never get cancer” but that doesn’t make me immune to it. There’s still a chance that it can happen.

@Unhexed there are specific chapters that apply to passenger carriers, but only a few of them. The vast majority do not. You can't selectively choose which chapters you think should apply to you or not, that isn't how the law works.

That's why California is allowed to search any vehicles that enter the state to check for produce that may contain invasive insects. The Supreme Court ruled that searching vehicles that enter California for any produce that may contain invasive insects does not violate the 4th Amendment, since it is not "unreasonable" to protect the crops of the state. You could even say this may be a violation of the right to travel between states, but the courts still upheld it as an important protection of our critical food supplies.

Thank you for noticing. I purposely left all of that in so that people can clearly see whats going on. No crime commited, no suspicious activity. Hell, not even speeding. But yet, pulled her over because they didn't understand the notice they were given on plates and on other two sides of property.

What is most noteworthy to me is how this ended with the corporate policy enforcement agents getting in their patrol cars and leaving the scene without pressing to take any action. The trolls can say what they want about their stated reason for leaving, but them leaving without doing a damn thing SAYS IT ALL as far as who just won in this instance on the side of the road.
All policy enforcers did was make threats. They said i can give you a ticket for this, for that, etc. THEN DO IT!! Why didn't they give a ticket? That's my question to trolls.
It wasn't because he was a nice guy and decided not to. I mean, my wife gave him her passport. He went and ran her name & DOB in their system. He then came back and said, we're gonna get out of here.
Why? There's no contract with them or DMV. Officer then LIED and said that my wife license was not VALID. Not valid, then give her a TICKET!!
It wasn't that it was "not valid", it is CANCELED. There's a huge difference between not valid and not existing.
They couldn't do shit, but what they did. LEAVE. Officer even admitted that he read the posted notice on property which put him on NOTICE that property is used for non-commercial use.
Lastly, the same policy enforcement department saw us again a few times and they move on. We live about 5 minutes from their headquarters. They don't bother us. That's the way it should be. We aren't bothering people in our community nor are we criminals. We just mind our own damn business.

I got pulled over by a state trooper on Christmas eve my luck..I had success since I no longer have a driver license I went local dmv and surrender my license and pland they gave me my paperwork back stating that you no longer need a driver license to travel since I'm not operating in commerce..I was giving a verbal warning by the state trooper that I do need insurance on my car..So,now since I'm foreign I have to apply for foreign insurance on my vehicle..So it's a process.

"There were no consequences for my actions, therefore my actions are justified," is just blatantly fallacious. If you attack someone, but they don't fight back or file charges, you're not in the right for assaulting them.

Like it says it clearly omfg you're stupid. on top of all of that it uses the word "including" which you actually believe is used in an exclusionary way. Because you actually believe that the base word "include", used in any way, "excludes" all things written before it. You can't even understand the difference in the words "shall include" (which defines the words written before that) and "including" (which means it also includes the following along with what's written and included prior to). None of those exclude anything. It only excludes them from the definition. Because you can't use the word you're defining to define that word. The fact that I have to explain this to you and you didn't learn it in kindergarten honestly hurts my brain.
Finally your first paragraph was actually the worst argument that's why I want to touch on it last since you clearly needed to have the, already very clear distinction, of "shall include" and "including" cleared up for you.
