संजय खान साहब का एक क़िस्सा मैं भी आप लोगों को बताना चाहूँगा। भिवंडी के कुछ टीचर्स अपने रहने लिये एक छोटीसी कॉलनी बनाना चाहते थे , मगर उन लोगोकी माली हालत कुछ ठीक नहीं थी । उन्हाेने एक चॉरीटी शो करनेका इरादा किया और संजय खान साहब को चिफ गेस्ट की तरह बुलाया । खान साहबके आनेसे उनका शो कामयाब रहा ।
संजय खान साहब को शत शत नमन है महारथी कर्ण, क्रांति 1857, जय हनुमान, द ग्रेट मराठा, जय महाभारत और टीपू सुल्तान के निर्माण के लिए।
मैं तो तब आप की नायक वाली छवि को देखा भी नहीं था जब बचपन में सीरियल देखता था। बाद में आप की फिल्म देखीं तो चौंक ही गया था।
आप क्यों फिर से पहले जैसे ऐतिहसिक सीरियल प्रड्यूस नही करते हैं?

I memorised the songs and went around singing to my friends who told me I looked like Sanjay ! I was only 8 and we were at a boarding school in Dehra Doon, where I went to study from England !
