Chef Henry, thanks for sharing another delicious recipe, that happens to be quick and easy.
Awesome I love dates in my smoothies
Quick and easy? I'm all in!!! Thank you
Yep quick and easy goes a long way. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾
Glad I found this channel recently! Keep it up
Wow thank you so much. I have more content on the way!
Looks so easy to make. Going to have to try it! Thanks.
Thank you so much for your support. And yes it's just as easy to make as shown in the video. You can make this at the very last minute if you're having guests over. 😍
It great adding homemade salad dressing lot healthy than adding sugar
I love that idea. Hadn’t thought about adding it to the salad dressing. I’ll mention that in the future video. Thank you for the idea. 👍🏾😍🙏🏾
🙈🙈🙈And I have put dates straight from package to vitamix, along with hazelnuts to create a healthy kind of Nutella and my vitamix showed E31 code 😅. Beside that, the oil from the hazelnuts was outside the mixture, it didn’t want to incorporate because of the sticky dates I guess. So I ended up in separating the hazelnut oil from the paste and made date-hazelnut balls rolled in cocoa powder. The oil I will use in a cake recipe. I guess I will try next time using date Sirup to make the healthy Nutella. Thank you for the video. Awesome content❤️🙏🏼
I just bought 3lbs of Medjool Dates and I love them as substitute for sugar in my Peach/Mango Bread.
Hi Jen! That bread sounds really good!!! Dates are more versatile than most people know.
Very nice, Henry! I'm sure that DIY date paste can freeze like a champ. I'll put it in 2T ice cube trays and take out a cube or two when I need it. Yes? How many ounces of pitted dates?
Thank you for your kind words. Yes you can freeze the date paste. For longer than a week I would suggest to vacuum seal the cubes to prevent freezer burn so you will have a fresh taste every time. The standard sized 16oz container of Medjool dates or 2 cups is the amount to use for this recipe using the 8 ounces of liquid for blending. Let me know how it turns out for you. 😊
@@BlendingWithHenry I'll certainly let you know, Henry! I've never vacuum sealed anything. I see there's tons to read on google. Do you do that a lot and do you have a recommendation?
Here's one of my ice cream videos where I show my vacuum sealed ice cube trays. ua-cam.com/video/IyCe58vbA8Q/v-deo.htmlsi=ctFaDUSO_dqDkna1&t=382
Here's a video I did showing myself vacuum sealing leftover soup. I use a Foodsaver but there different models out there, but the Foodsaver is the most well-known. ua-cam.com/video/NaTz0CBZGfE/v-deo.htmlsi=a-_o-UWEIs9b8_YG&t=512
Here's a good Foodsaver model to check out on Amazon. amzn.to/3uYL4La
@@BlendingWithHenry Henry! Thank you so much. I never knew a thing about vacuum sealing. I'm leaning towards pretending I don't know about it because it's not so cheap and I would hate using a plastic bag for each batch of frozen food. Also I'm not convinced that I have a smart enough pallet to notice the difference. I'll certainly keep your info if I have a change of heart. (Love that you create a youtube URL to start wherever you want.)
Hi I may try something me good quantity balsamic vinegar with date paste.,
Hadn't thought of that. You may be onto something I need to try myself. 👍🏾
@@BlendingWithHenry looks delicious. Thank you
