Yes. I totally agree with you, It was kind of a question that if you know the algo beforehand you will do it in minutes, but if you don't, you just mess up but thankfully they allowed Brute Force else it would have been impossible for me.

Bhai where to prepare apti? Is it necessary for product based companies or only dsa is enuf?
IndiaBix, Oliveboard are good for preparing Aptitude. Actually it's not compulsory but in many companies ( Not Faang Specifically ) when number of applicants are high, they introduce some new tests in which you will for sure get aptitude questions . So it's better to prepare it beforehand.

@@Anonymous-yb1bm General Aptitude will be same for both types but Quantitative Aptitude( Math) would be of high level for Product Based Companies.

Telling it only on the basis of coding questions is harsh( But advanced question is must acc. to me ) . Weightage of mcq and subjective questions is also there. So the cut off depends completely on the company.

Bro so the TLDR is that they will ask:
1. Graphs
2. Trees
3. DP
4. Tries
And for maths they will ask PnC, Probability and Quadratic Eqn
I only have 4 days left for D-day so asking if I'm right, and if there is anything else I should focus on apart from these topics above
Just add Statistics too. According to me, questions from all these topics are asked more often.

It was only for 2nd round as far as I remember, no idea about how will the assessment take place this time.

It is completely okay if you do not get selected in this hiring, but preparing for this will develop or polish some of your skills which might be useful for clearing tests of some other company. GS is not the only company and certainly not the best. Keep preparing champ, long way to go. Be a LONEWOLF 🐺

Yes, it is possible. Cover all the DSA and then start doing mixed questions. If you will be consistent for one year, you will be interview ready in an year.

Class 12 and 10 th Percentage matters or not for goldman sachs or any financial firms ???...
There is no minimum percentage criteria as such but banking firms take notice of your academic record. You will not be rejected solely because of your low score in 10th/12th/College,but it certainly acts as an advantage if you have a good score.

There were three coding questions of 20,30 and 100 Marks I did 30 and 100. Jiska logic bna pr hua nhi that was 1st one only which was of 20 marks.
