- In my latest attempt to scare myself, I sleep alone in an abandoned farmhouse in the middle of the moor. Will I be visited by anything in the night?

Nothing spooky - except for the shadow man who walked up the stairs while you were sat outside in the sun, by the front door, at the end of the film. How many missed it, by not paying attention. Skillfull, nicely done, as always.

It's almost a shame you had such good weather, a thick fog or howling wind gives the place a whole new persona (if a building can have a persona).
I've spent many nights out at the farm alone, and love the place. The imagination is the biggest worry out there...that and me turning up, lol.
I have a friend who swears the room above the living room is haunted by a woman, I've never seen her nor heard her moans or chains rattling.
The best I can come up with regards to the farmers wife story is that is appeared around the time the navy used it for officer navigation training in the 60's, probably something the sailors came up with to scare each other.
Ha! Yes, I was cursing those blue skies! The only thing that bothered me there were loads of people coming up to gawp at the house and troops of people milling around the gardens picking little mushrooms! Yes, it's a lovely place - I'll be going back, but probably not alone!
Quite the Tom Hanks and Wilson moment with the pumpkin! Amazing how many bunk beds there were 😂
Yep, you can get almost 40 in there! Party time!
The squirrels George, always with you, often unseen and unheard, following you out there and then hiding in that tree until you slept...........

Thank you! Pumpkin carved very quickly as it was getting dark and I was hungry, otherwise I might have got a bit more artistic!

Excellent video. I live minimalist ghost hunting and by that I mean, not ghost hunting at all, just listening to the atmosphere of your surroundings. Love the channel BTW!
Thank you - very kind! Yep, the ghost hunting apps etc. all seem unbearably naff... Much better to just soak in the spookiness!

Very well maintained for an empty ...... what's the crack? Youth Hostel? The dream is spooky. Personally, I'd ha left the pumpkin on, maybe floating in some aqua or on a bucket o sand to negate fire risk
Yep, I think about that dream quite often! Nuns Cross belongs to a school in Plymouth and I think they use it for field trips/scouts/that kind of thing. Was a really fun place to stay!
Spooky locations? Try some of the newly built suburbs. Stuffed full of normal people but where do they all come from and why are the streets so eerily quiet?
Very good; I suppose I shall have to take you on a tour of places I know from personal experience to be haunted. We shall exorcise that scientific, rational scepticism from your bones!😂

@@user-uq7cu6pm9r You need to get hold of Mount Kelly School in Plymouth as they own it. If I remember correctly, it was a flat rate of £50 no matter how many of you there are!

I've thought of a drone... but yes, I find them a bit irritating, too! In the end, it would be one more thing for me to drag around and I don't think it'd be worth it for a few cheesy aerial shots.

You could hand the drone to the ghost, and by the time it figures out how to use the infernal thing, you could have reached say, Dundee?

Thank you! It was £55 for the night... and I think it's the same flat rate no matter how many you bring with you. It belongs to some school in Plymouth.

I think your just shut off internally to the suggestion , I don't think it's a thing you can do unless really pushed into trying but if you don't feel that creepiness and the goosepimples them your just shut off to that type of thing imo
