YES CHOREO!!!! Early SVT choreos are all so theatrical and creative. While I know you've already reacted to the song, the Adore U dance practice is SO GOOD just because it's almost unbelievable how insanely theatrical and synchronized they are in their debut track. Also, thanks was a song written for Carats, and the choreo uses korean sign for "thank you" and "promise". The song means a lot to the community. there's a reason they put everything into it :)
I've enjoyed all of your Seventeen reactions. I hope y'all have time to go back and watch the choreo videos for the mvs you've watched so far. As talented as they are musically, they provide so much storytelling in the actual choreography as well, and the mvs never fully capture that.
Seventeen also has their own game caterers with all 13 of them there! It really shows their personalities and bonds and it’s SO fun! NA PD (the PD of Game Caterer’s) and Seventeen members got super close after he filmed with them and they are ALWAYS seen together especially after SVT’s comebacks, people started calling him 14th(15 including bumzu) member😭 He doesn’t hang out or make as many videos with other groups but to see how much he fell in love with SVT is truly heart warming. Also Youngji is friends with SVT but specifically BooSeokSoon! She was a carat when she was younger so it’s amazing how she’s friends with them now

Hi guys just watched all your svt videos and cant wait for more !! Thanks choreo is one of my favorite and I cant shut up about it. At 20:12 the "shoulder touching" (other carats correct me if im wrong) is sign language for "thanks" , I think its a beautiful that they found multiple ways to tell their fans how thankful they are. Also at 20:48 the hand movement they did was interlocking their pinkies, like a pinky promise. A promise between svt and carats, a mutual gratefulness. Thanks has such an emotional choreo and so hard hitting, they did an amazing job conveying their raw feelings to their fans. I could ramble forever about this lmao but I always enjoy reactions to their choreos (especially from fellow dummies) because I love seeing people be amazed at how talented svt is. Anyways, welcome to the diamond life 💎🩷
The short guy is my baby Woozi, it's ok, it does is the better way to describe him. He is the vocal team leader and producer of most svt songs with Bumzu. He did i.o.i disband song downpour and his version is pretty nice, he has shared the demo a few times. He also did fromis_9's LOVE RUMPUMPUM. I would love to see him compose more for other groups, but he has said how when it's for tohers he feels a lot of pressure while when it's for svt the members help him feel more confident, so idk how see that would be to see
Fun fact, one of the main reasons there wasnt much choreo in the Thanks MV was because it wasnt actually finished yet lol they basically filmed what they had! You'll even notice that the ending poses are actually different in the two videos

Someone mentioned _World, and I definitely recommend the dance practice for that one because first of all, they’re just having so much fun. But most importantly, Jeonghan will be very easy to pick out in this dance practice 😉 20:51 this part is the sign language they incorporated into the choreo. The earlier parts you commented on when they would pop up in random groups, touching their shoulder was also them forming different characters if you look at them from above. I believe they did T, H, and X? Someone feel free to correct me.

Thanks for this. I love Pretty U but I'm not a fan of the mv. However, I can't get enough of the couch choreo. It's crazy and delicious and absurd and theatrical. Did you know there is a 2nd couch choreo mv but it is filmed from behind the couch so you get to see all the shenanigans happening back there ? THANKS for Thanks. It's the song that really cemented my relationship with SVT. And you caught it too (so many somehow miss it) You know the scene where they are sitting in the dressing room and they all turn and look at you. Wow. Well You were talking about how having a large group can make choreographies look impressive, and while I agree I have to say it also brings challenges. SEVENTEEN's trademark is their synchronization, and achieving that with 13 members is no easy feat. If you're not dedicated enough, it's impossible to earn the title of king of synchronization. So yeah, it's like a double-edged sword
I think because we are Loona stans, also a big group known for their synchronization, and how we don’t know much about dance, we underestimated just how much talent it takes to do what they do
I’m so happy yall enjoyed not everyone appreciates their true theater kids of K-pop-ness lol lol if you want my opinion; if you’re theater kids react to the choreo because a lot (not all) of the music video with the best choreos don’t showcase them in the video because they are more focused on story (ex. Home run, aju nice and hit). Even if you don’t know technical stuff everything theater kid can appreciate a good ensemble choreo moment lol But also don’t feel like you have to. Thank is one of my favorites and confirmed my early bias switch from Minghao (The 8) to S.Coups (he is one of the low tone rappers)
