    Your excellent question is addressed in the Kabbalah. All who are "worthy" will rise, including all reincarnations of a particular soul. A soul can split up into various bodies in the same way you can light many candles from the original flame without taking anything away from the first candle. So when the various bodies rise they will all contain a part of the same soul, as be like brothers. However, they will receive an individual new "living spirit" which is what keeps the human being alive.

    Judaism
    Belief in reincarnation is surprisingly prevalent in Judaism, particularly in Kabbalah. Most commonly, Chasidic texts tend to accept the doctrine of reincarnation. Reincarnation is frequently cited to justify scriptural claims that all Jewish souls were present at Sinai or to claim that converts to Judaism are reincarnated former Jews, that great teachers are reincarnated because they are not done teaching, or that non-Jewish souls can be reincarnated so that they have an opportunity to become Jewish
    Reincarnation (literally, "becoming flesh again") is the belief that the soul or spirit of a person, which exits separately from their body, does not die when the body dies, but is/can be born again into another body. It is common to many religions and New Age beliefs.
    Walt Whitman, Ralph Waldo Emerson, and other transcendentalists generally accepted the idea of reincarnation and past lives.

    The female soul does not reincarnate as much as the male. The reasons for Reincarnation are for very specific reasons and apply mostly to males. But, there are some unique situations when a female soul returns, one being when she needs to return with her husband of the past life.

      I listen only for comic relief and to challenge you on your inane nonsense. "The female soul does not reincarnate as much as the male." Please give us your source for this statement. Also, you should know that the chazal are divided on the issue of whether or not reincarnation exists at all. But there you are, making declaratory sentences like the deluded fool that you are.

    • @7200beverly
      @7200beverly  8 років тому +2

      We will not provide sources to a "Rasha" (Wicked Man). No benefit from doing that. Let him continue to have his comic relief. Chazal was never divided about Reincarnation. There were several authorities who did not have such a tradition and refused to embrace it without any clear proof. It is not stated in the Talmud or in any of the traditional sources. This knowledge belongs in Kabbalah - which up until the 16th century was kept private, until the Zohar was published and, somehow, many Rabbis felt it was time to share this knowledge with the masses. You would be better off asking politely for more elaboration on the subject instead of basing your information on some articles you read on the internet.

    I could realise that Rabi is for the matter of reincarnation as well. The question is "as we are all going to be raised at the last day and all of us are going to be judged. For some, the eternity is going to be in The Heaven and for others in hell. If someone reincarnates 5 times, who will be raised at the last day?" I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Be well.

    I know first hand, REINCARNATION , is a reality. I remember before this lifetime. I was mandated to return to, or descend to this particular earth in 1958. I remember going through the birth canal, my circumcision and the day that they for the first time brought me home from the hospital. It was pouring rain that day.

    When I consider the theory of reincarnation for the purpose of balancing or repairing past actions, I think, "OK so this happened to me because of what I did in my last life. But then, what I did in my last life, that was a reaction to the life before that. And the same for the one before that, and so on. Until I reach a blank. And all I can think is, "Why did the whole show begin in the first place? And why did anybody do anything that needed atoning. Who invented the first "bad" person"? It's confusing in the big picture.

    • @7200beverly
      @7200beverly  9 років тому +2

      1DaTJo Every human being is created for a purpose. Everyone has a unique mission and is special. The first time the soul comes down is the first opportunity it has to fulfill that mission. If the mission is accomplished there is no need for it to atone or rectify anything. The soul can then stay in the Afterlife for eternity enjoying the fruits of its labor. Many, however, come back several times for some reason. But coming back is not so bad if it ultimately it enables you to correct what was wronged in the previous life.

    "There is none else besides Him" means there is no other force operating in the world. Adam did not, and indeed CANNOT go against Him. Everything they did was part of his will. If you deny this, then you are making other gods. Adam is only the vessel to carry out God's will.

    Would it be possible to explain the teaching that there are mostly men
    (males) not women coming back in reincarnation while women get their
    "cleansing" in Gehennom? Any particular reasons for that?

    • @7200beverly
      @7200beverly  7 років тому +1

      The Kabbalah explains that men, because they learn Torah, the Torah protects them and acts in their defense in the Heavenly court. So assuming a certain man was very diligent in his Torah learning, a sin that he possibly would need to rectify through a brief stay in Gehenom - would instead be rectified in a Reincarnation where his actions can do a lot more good for the world and for his soul. The Reincarnation could possibly be a brief one as well.
      Women, on the other hand, do not have an obligation to learn Torah [even though they may do so], so their merit of the Torah is not always sufficient "in itself" to avoid any necessary cleansing in the spiritual world. Moreover, they are not obligated as much as men are in certain commandments, so their return in a Reincarnation does not elevate their soul as much, and would, therefore, not be as productive - spiritually speaking. However, they do reincarnate for a variety of reasons, albeit not as much as men do.

    • @reneriveira1874
      @reneriveira1874 7 років тому

      How about non-Jews? Do also men come back more often then women in their case? What principles apply to them?

    • @7200beverly
      @7200beverly  7 років тому +1

      All we know is that the mechanism for Reincarnation is similar for Jews and Non-Jews, that is, to bring about a rectification. However, what needs to be rectified may be different between Jews and Non-Jews. There is no reason to believe that Non-Jewish women are any different in this regard.

    • @reneriveira1874
      @reneriveira1874 7 років тому

      But in case of the Non-Jews they're obligated by the seven Laws of Noah - both men and women, aren't they? So there is no difference between those who learn Torah and those who do not and no difference in the number of commandments both genders are obligated by...I'm aware that early Christianity and mystical Islam believed in reincarnation, just like the Eastern religions do. Plus both the house of Ishmael and Edom adopted vast majority of their belief systems from Judaism despite changing the language and vocabulary of describing certain ideas. So how do you back up "There is no reason to believe that Non-Jewish women are any different in this regard." Maybe I'm asking for too much clarity but clarity is what we are aiming for, aren't we?

    • @7200beverly
      @7200beverly  7 років тому

      Perhaps you didn't understand completely my reply. Every soul comprises of a male and female part. In this regard, it makes no difference (as far as we know) what the faith or race is of the woman. The differences arise in the responsibilities men and women have, and the 7 Noachide Laws versus the 613. Reincarnation is a mechanism to rectify or to restore the soul to the level it should have reached, as well as to right certain wrongs committed to others. Although Non-Jewish women are bound by the 7 Noachide laws like their husbands, still, their "roles" are different. It is due to the differences in their role and (most likely) soul makeup that Reincarnation is not as common by them.

    What about what Rav Sa'adya Gaon said against gilgulim?

    • @ohrhachayim36
      @ohrhachayim36 9 місяців тому

      Rabbi Sa'adia Gaon was against the type of Reincarnation espoused by the Hindus and the like, not the Kabbalistic explanation that is tied to the principle of Reward and Punishment. More importantly, many sages at the time of Rabbi Sa'adia Gaon were unfamiliar with this subject until the Zohar was published. This lecture, from what I recall, relates an incident in which a famous Rabbi who at first did not believe in Reincarnation, changed his mind after he witnessed something that was overwhelmingly convincing.

    Its almost impossible that Judaism was the source of Hindu dharma. Someone said no one knows who started Hindu religion - it is so old. While all the other religions can be traced to an Abraham, a Buddha or a Muhammad

    • @JSweetPeachesJ
      @JSweetPeachesJ 9 років тому +1

      Judaism is the oldest religion started 3300 years ago. Hinduism or its source came from Abraham sending the children of his second wife Keturah off to the east with "gifts", which the rabbis derived from our torah, says was India and your eastern beliefs of Hindu Dharma. Again the first Jew is Abraham, the first to believe in monotheism and then Isaac his son and then Jacob and the twelve tribes and so on until they left Egypt and G-d gave the Jews the torah. Formal religion) source=Jewish

    • @avaregmi5248
      @avaregmi5248 9 років тому +2

      JSweetPeachesJ I don't want to get into this. All religions lead to God. Even the Buddha who came thousands of years after was born 2500 years ago. The Vedic Hindu dharma is too old. The source of Hinduism are the Himalayas and the rivers. It could have been the other way round that sages from the Himalayas went to Israel. Having said so it does not make both religions inferior or superior to each other.

    what the rabbi is saying is on the right lines ..but until you actually realise you are an energy ..am essence of the divine that is known as a soul ..and you are having a human experience to evolve at a soul level ..to balance karma ..karma is unavoidable ...but ultimately ..the point of all reincarnation is to balance the energy god has given you in the whole of your souls existence ..in affect the seven virtues and the seven sins..every soul will experience these domain energies and when after many life times your soul is at the stage to be self enlightened ...you will awaken to your divine connection ...a glorious experience ..but full of pain as you cleanse the mis use of gods pure love and energy...balance it all out and walk the walk..you will become christ like ...thats the whole point of the game..walk close with the almighty and yes he will show many things that your soul has been up to .... good luck to all on your journey of self discovery.....yes god does actually exist...

      Protestantism is the least like the original Christianity. Luther was a notorious antisemite who tried to rid Christianity of all its Judaic theurgy. Also, the rise of Protestantism had far less to do with theology and far more to do with the growing German bourgeoise, who needed to limit the power of Rome in order to carry out business.

    • @kathysoftsong8224
      @kathysoftsong8224 9 років тому

      Julia Riber Pitt you are also right about Luther. but he did do one thing right. he put the word of God in the peoples hands that rome held over it's people. his anti-Semitism was absolutely horrible, I agree 100% with you. Christianity was originally all jews which was delivered to the gentiles and spread into Europe. as far as Protestantism it also had it's ugly events too. I have no idea what happened then, but it was wrong! and feel it divided jewish people and Christianly. maybe the devils doing? I don't know. all I know is that Yeshua/Jesus is the messiah and I follow him and stick to the basics of the first Christians. no statues no ritual prayers to saints. just a lover of the Mighty one of Israel. rome can keep it's business and the apostate protestants can too.

      I'd suggest looking into the Gnostic Gospels if you want a taste of the original Christianity. And Luther had no desire to put Christianity "back in the hands of the people". Control of Christianity only went from one set of hierarchical hands to another.
      The original Christians were also communistic in how they lived.
