DVD/VCR SLV D380P Combo Laser Motor Replacement | How To Fix DVD Not Loading Error

This video demonstrates how to replace the DVD laser in a Sony DVD/VCR combo player. The unit was unable to play DVDs, consistently showing "loading" before eventually displaying an error. While a worn-out DVD laser is sometimes the issue, more commonly, the culprit is the laser motor malfunctioning.
