I am so glad that Jan is ok,. Have been really worried about him. I know Jan had said that he was worried about the lack of snow this winter. Hope this helps ease his worries. I really understand Jan wanting to take a break and he deserves it. Hope he realizes we really like him and care about his welfare. Thanks for the great video.
Love your videos as much as Jon’s. But very glad that he is okay. Lots of UA-cam creators take breaks that are much needed. I can only imagine it it not just a lot of work keeping up with content but very time consuming to edit and keep the creativity flowing. We could never get tired of watching either one of you. I’m just hoping he is coming back. Now don’t you leave use lol. You deserve a break too. It would also be nice to see your sister have a UA-cam channel with her cheese making. Even if she didn’t want to be in them she could do voice overs or something along that line. But long story short we just enjoy watching well rounded farmers who care deeply for their animals. Heck add Mom & Dad more to the mix. 🐄 🐓 🐕 🐈 🐇 🐐 🌾 🌽 🧀
Thank you Neline, really thank you for giving us information about Jan. I knew he is ok, but hearing hes just making a break from youtube is nice to hear 😊
Thank you for explaining where your brother was. it's clear now. The weather is really bad there in Canada. The end of your blog was amazing, what a beautiful sunset
Sorry to hear you're having a blizzard that's a lot of snow glad your brother gave you a ride to work I hope he's helping you good really enjoy your videos we like goats as much as cows hope that weather clears up soon in the snow melts so life will be easier for you all we do miss seeing your family we enjoyed seeing them and hearing about them thanks for the information Jan glad to know he's not sick or hurt. And he should listen to his big sister and just telling viewers that he was taking a break will be excited to see your puppy when you get your puppy. We are wondering if it will be a border collie take care stay warm
Thanks for the update on your brother! The snow is unreal! I think you are going to enjoy having a dog. They are great companions and can be a big help on the farm as well as protection for the animals!
Brother Jan sounds like he is taking a break. March in Saskatchewan means little except that it differs year to year. I was still in University in Saskatoon one March back in 1967. The city opened up our street by using an earthmover. Yes, you read that correctly. . . . an earthmover.
Cats are good on a Farm they keep down the rodents but once you get a puppy you will have the best friend in the World, i'm guessing it be a working dog so i am looking forward to see it making its debut. the snow looks very picturesque Neline, another brilliant video
Some years ago we were in Nevada on a 4X4 trail when we came upon a herd of sheep crossing the trail. I was in the process of coming to a stop when the sheep dog came tearing around from the the backside of the herd and skidded to a stop in front of us and barked at us. He made it clear we were to STOP and wait for his sheep to pass. He would look over his shoulder now and again to check their progress and by & by they cleared the trail upon which the dog turned and returned to his herd. We looked and looked but saw no herders about. It seemed this dog was in charge of the herd all by himself and doing a great job at it too. Very Cool. !
Yeah the snow can be a pain but it will make some good moisture for spring and maybe summer. I don't know how it is now up there but is warm 70°F today and dry. There are some people in the fields. Not normal for Wisconsin.
I know you can read Dutch . In our language we have a saying that goes like “ maart roert zijn staart” meaning something like just as you think spring is coming you can be unpleasantly surprised by a bit of winter.
So much snow, Please keep that in Saskatchewan. A herding dog sounds like a good idea to round up the goats. Let's hope you get a dog and fall in love with it. Nice to hear Jan is doing well.
Thanks for giving us an update on Jan . I hope he is doing well and happy. I always enjoyed his videos. I think very highly of . A good young farmer with a wealth of knowledge . Thank you.
Good onya Jan, your farm work and family are much more than ytube. I'm a 74yo Australian and have enjoyed your videos. Your family work load with massive cost increases and lower commodity prices i to any farmer stressful. Nadine get an animal protection dog. Great video, love ya work ethic. ❤❤🎉
I really like your vids. They are both relaxing and informative. Please consider getting a dog from a rescue. You can get your dog today, almost any breed you want. While every new animal takes adjustments for you and them, you can get very a wonderful loyal trainable dog who needs you. And the way you care for animals, you and they woul do great. Thanks and please continue sharing your beautiful life.
Unfortunately, adopting from a rescue might get me a dog that isn’t capable of doing what I need it to do. I’m getting a puppy from an accredited and official breeder that is part of the CKC and other Canadian organizations regarding the breed I want. I will go more in-depth in my decision for the pup I’m getting when I bring it home!
I now know why your brother needs such a nice, powerful truck. Thanks for the updates. I'm glad that he's taking a break. Social median can be very taxing.
That definitely was a good winter storm to start March off. 30-40cm they said. Definitely makes a mess of the farm yard, it is always nice when you have the equipment to take care of it. Thanks for the update on Jan, Saskdutchkid was how i found your channel. I hope the weather treats the goats well this spring.
Thank you for the heads up on your brother. I just think you all are a great family and I enjoy watching all of your videos................................
Glad to hear Jan is Ok, have been looking since the last video, but saw him yesterday trying out a new German "skid-stear" There is a Dutch saying : " Houw er de moed maar in " and that's what I wish for Jan. Greetings from Australia
Love to see the little kids and hear them as well! Good on planning ahead, but I tell you that dang snow!!! Thanks for the update on your brother, he sure deserves the break!
Neline, sorry if I miss-spelled your name. Your progress on your farm sounds and looks exciting. Wishing you great success in everything you plan for the coming year.
Finally got dug out enough to get the hound out and do some train spotting on the weekend. Nice to see the ditches filled to the level of the road and fields. Hopefully we get a slow melt, you never know what March has in store. Traditionally some of our best snowfalls happen in the spring. My friend has a small creek that dries in the summer going through his farm yard. I remember one spring we tied a canoe to a tree and floated around in it in three foot white water! We could use another one of those.
Lovely videos I really enjoy watching your videos and learning so much about the goats thank you for letting me know about your brother sometimes you have to take a break when stuff gets stressful. Looking forward to seeing more what made you want to get into goats I've always wanted to ask you that take care God bless
Well, you did comment before about not having snow. So now you have snow. Lol. And I understand yon needing a break I'm sure it gets hectic putting out as many videos as he did for that length of time. He deserves a break.
That's a lot of snow and we had 3 feet of snow in the beginning of January it was 2 big snow storms. If you look on you UA-cam channel. I have some short on what it looked like. But now it is very nice and we are going to start field work soon.
About Jan and you. Just think of us as that busy body aunt that has to know everything that's going on in the family. You know we are family weather you like it or not. 😀
Appreciate the update on Jan. He deserves a break and some freedom from the UA-cam crowd. I have enjoyed the content he provided but I also feel he should put home and family first. He doesn’t owe us anything.
Jan is entitled to take a break but the UA-cam viewers are not entitled to demand more videos from him. If he chooses to share some of his life that's up to him and no one else. I'm glad he's OK.
I can certainly understand why your brother is taking a break. Just glad to hear he's ok.
I thought he was in jail.
Why in jail why can't you say that he was hanging out with Kate Middleton.
LOL
People commenting weird stuff like this is why there is so much unnecessary concern about Jan, even if it’s intended as a joke. Please stop.

Just happy to hear Jan is OK and not unhealthy. We all need a break once in a while!!!! Thanks for the update.
Although I miss his videos I’m glad to hear he is well and doing what he wants. Hopefully he’ll be back soon and we can have videos from both of you.
Happy to hear Jan is doing okay, and thank you for your wonderful videos! Love watching your day to day life! Take care! ♥️🇨🇦

taking a break from things is sometimes the right thing to do so you don;t get burned out , enjoy life it shorter than you think

March on the prairies, +20 or -20, 2 feet of snow, or all three. Thanks for the update on Jan, very appreciated
That's a lot of snow, especially for March! Loved seeing Pumpkin's mom.
Thanks for update on your brother

I just love to see the baby goats so cute. Thanks for the update about Jan .
I'll bet Jan said "thank the good Lord I drive a Ford" during the snow storm. I used to say that while I was plowing snow with my Ford pickup.
Adore your goats and videos.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the video and thank you for the update❤

Thank you so much for letting us know everything is OK, from a fellow Dairy Farmer.
Beautiful sunset!!!
Great that you left us know he is okay and well, thank you for that.
Still beautiful weather in Minnesota. Good moisture for you folks up there though.
Thank you for your comments about your brother😊
Neither yourself, nor Jan owe us fans anything. We're just happy to hear all is okay. As a fellow Saskatchewinian, that break is well timed!

Let your brother take a brake. He works hard with his day job, doesnt need to constantly make content.
