Thanks for these tips. BTW Mine died sitting around as I didn't know to recharge at least every three months per the documentation. I contacted Moza (Hong Kong), and they replaced it for free even though it was purchased before the Pandemic set in. I laud them over many manufacturers who would not have done the same. Good on Gudsen Moza!
Question ... i didnt know that but i am charging my Slypod Pro at this very moment, and its blinking Green ..does this means battery is still working ??? coz i havent use it for like 3 or 4 months TBH with u ??
Thanks for this, because the printed instructions are 100% gibberish and make no sense in English, with inconsistent terminology between the labeled diagrams and the text of the instructions. There is no way I could figure out how to use the unintuitve controls from the printed instructions, and when I contacted Moza customer service, they could not acknowledge the need to completely overhaul their English instructions. What a great way to submarine an otherwise good product. I still can't figure out how to control speed or set points using the built in switches.
Is there a way in the future to setup the movement on the mobile then transfer the instructions to the slider? I'm tired of running a program to then have the cell disconnect and the entire shot is wasted because the pod needs the cell connection to operate/run the program settings. Also, what do the numbers mean for the "speed"? What is a '5' speed for example? Is that 5% of full or 5mm or 5 inches? What is this special cable?
My image slightly pulses forward when sliding. Almost like the lens is searching for the focus. I'm not sure if it's the lenses or what. Have you had this issue before? My Slypod pro is moving slow and smoothly forwards and backward yet the image pulses. HELP!!

I figured it out. It was the autofocus. I had it on the wrong setting which made the lens constantly search for something to focus on. Thanks!! @@GudsenMOZA
I just downloaded the App on an iOS and it is constantly crashing. It is up to date version 3.0.9 it also said when updating the Firmware that added a loop feature by pressing a button on the Slypod which I have not figured out.

You left out from your review the part where you push buttons on the app and absolutely nothing happens. Or when then the slypod gets stuck at will when fully extended, unresponsive. Or when the app just exits for no reason in the middle of a slide. This app is completely trash. I bought this kit exactly because of reviews like these and nobody tells you how awful the app is. Do not buy this product!

I see some videos slypod pro have a vibration... Its a big problem, but i need this slypod. Do you giving guarantee for that?

Basically the same, just the motion timelapse linkage control function can't be achieved on AirCross 3.
