You need to try El Taco Loco in Louisville if you haven’t already. Order some guacamole, street tacos with many different protein options, chicken or steak flautas, eloté and a few bottles of Coke. They’re my number 1 but I’m gonna have to try this place now!

Barbacoa is my favorite. There are places here in Texas that only sell barbacoa, and only on weekends by the pound. You usually buy it with a pack of corn tortillas, pico de Gallo, and we eat barbacoa here in San Antonio with Big Red Soda.
I live in Franklin North Carolina and a new Mexican restaurant opened up about 4 blocks away from me about a year ago. Casa Tequila. The Place is Amazing!!!

Next time try the al pastor tacos..pozole...chile colorado...guisado de res. The options there are ENDLESS! And the white cheese that he thought was cotija cheese was actually queso fresco 😊 and try the Tamarindo drink like the jimaica it's WONDERFUL!!! THANK YOU FOR TRYING LA FOGATA!!! GREAT REVIEW... LOVE THE SOUNDS!!! ❤
Horchata is usually mixed with tequila or rum but you can buy it in the store already bottled but it's about the same ABV. as Kahlúa which is nothing but Rumchata mixed with Fireball is 100% Cinnamon Toast Crunch once you get the measurements right

Ryan always orders the best stuff. I think I need to buy some velveeta, rotel chips and quality chorizo soonish. I've never had menudo in a restaurant, but i got a can of it (Juanita's) once also and i think I just don't like tripe. Lengua on the other hand is right up there with prime rib! Also, I think Melissa was messing with the audio during post production. Paybacks are painful. Oregano or Epazote is the herb for the menudo.
Good food looks like you both this year are ready for the Food. Network I can see it now Ryan and Barry food Network Stars name of show would be Ryan and Barry or "Barry and Ryan stay local" you both would travel over the US and visit the local places still trying to make it encouraging the community to support them oh yes and I would love to see this many happy thoughts to you both and I wish success for 2024 to you I will keep watching and I encourage other to keep watching thanks

Those are the only microphones I’ve ever had. I need better ones. The sound is not good. It’s a work in progress. I’m getting a lot of positive feedback on the animal noises. I’ll probably cut back on it some. Thanks for the input.

Tongue(Lengua not Leeeengua) is the best meat. So tender and delicious. Anybody hesitant to try it the taste is just like really good beef. Menudo is made with beef stomach not intestines. It is our favorite food out. Often we will go to place like that for tacos and I'll just order the Menudo or the Caldo de res(Beef stew) soup so I can make my own tacos.
@@goodallscountrykitchen Something that I would really like to say is that El Yucateca Hot Sauce is Exceptional. Now I have mentioned it before but they have a hot sauce called Negra Reserve, That's The One You Want! I want More people to buy it so they make More of it 😃...
Also It is a smoked habanero, so like chipotle being smoked jalapeno imagine smoked habanero. Think making BBQ with it and Chili , the smoke flavor also goes well with smoked Cheeses like a cheese board, use your imagination...@@goodallscountrykitchen

@@goodallscountrykitchen Something that I would really like to say is that El Yucateca Hot Sauce is Exceptional. Now I have mentioned it before but they have a hot sauce called Negra Reserve, That's The One You Want! I want More people to buy it so they make More of it 😃...
Also It is a smoked habanero, so like chipotle being smoked jalapeno imagine smoked habanero. Think making BBQ with it and Chili , the smoke flavor also goes well with smoked Cheeses like a cheese board, use your imagination...@@goodallscountrykitchen

You got too many silly sound effect in this one. Its like louder than the audio and thats bad for me. Waking people up! lol Ps. I'd never eat those nasty organ meats. I prefer American Mex lol the beer looked nice and cold though. lol
