Nzirambi Orphans Talent Development Center Uganda (NOTDEC) -is a registered non- government community based organization which has interventions for taking care of the orphans and abandoned children who are as result of maternal mortality and social economic pressures respectively. NOTDEC Uganda which is affiliated to South Rwenzori Diocese is located in Western Uganda, Kasese district, Kabirizi Village - Lake Katwe Sub County on the Kikorongo, Bwera road 10 meters from the main road.
