I can tell you about Panda World! It's actually a bootleg NES game that, as evidenced by this video, somehow made its way onto a GBA cartridge via PocketNES, as they often do. It's a hack of a completely different bootleg called Pocket Monster, which stars Pikachu instead. It's unknown who made the two hacks, but general consensus is that a Taiwanese company called Gamtec might have made them due to the fact that both games use the Konami sound engine, which they'd often used in their past work.
Some more research reveals that this GBA rom was dumped back in September of last year, so it's easily available for download on Handheld Underground. That's probably how Chongo got his hands on it, if I had to guess.

I remember playing the PC version of Snood back in like 2006 and then learning there was a GBA port with a “Journey” mode, and honest-to-goodness I was so tantalized by the prospect of all my favorite Snood personalities going on a full-fledged handheld console adventure.
More than a decade later this is kind of a loss-of-innocence moment.

I played Snood on Windows 98 when I was a kid. I have no idea who thought it was a good idea to make a version a decade later for GBA. Also, I found out that Super Panda is a bootleg NES Rom being run on GBA hardware, and it is a slight reskin of a bootleg NES game called Panda World, which is itself a reskin of another bootleg NES game called Pocket Monster, or possibly Super Popo's Adventure which is a Teletubbies bootleg.

OH MY G O D I LOVE THIS, some of my FAVORITE episodes on this channel have always been the more obscure and sometimes subpar games (like Ice Age or the Blues Clues game) so I'm ECSTATIC for a potential series just based on the best of the worst of those. Also I'm making that Snood win screen my new desktop background.

Snood looks like a lot of fun. Can’t really do any wrong with Bust-A-Move’s formula.
Super Panda sounds like a hack of Pocket Monster and it uses Mega Man 6 tiles and the Konami pause sound.
