    Doctor, Can i ferment it overnight, and eat the same, next day for breakfast, lunch and dinner ?
    Or I should make different fermentation timings???

    Dear Padmaji n Khader Sirji, it's very sad n tragic that you'll hv been forced to stop Padmaji's group of Khader Valli.
    So i had to post the msg here.
    I was excited to inform u n Khader Sirji that the problem I had about bladder augmentation seems to be resolving.
    This will benefit many many ppl suffering from the same problem.
    In allopathy I was advised to undergo a major surgery.
    The millets n kashayams hv benefitted me a lot.
    It's an earnest request to start somewhere your group coz your suggestions given by Dr.Kahader Sirji r too very useful saving one from surgeries.
    I ,also wanted to gv the feedback.
    Where do I gv now?
    How will others suffering from the same problem start it?
    How will I know what will be my next step?
    Plz do something for the purpose of the Community coz all cannot get an appointment of Khader Sirji n only u r the mediator.

      It's fine and nothing else. If you have just started eating millets then you can experience indigestion because body takes time to adapt to millets after having rice and wheat for so many years. Your sister can continue eating millets without worry. Take cognisance to soak millets for atleast 6 hours and boil in a mud pot and then eat after atleast 2 hours after cooling it. Give adequate water for boiling. I am saying all these because I also experienced all these symptoms as your sister when I first left rice and wheat and started millets but now my body has adapted to it and now I don't eat anything except vegetables and millets. Bro, my long standing gastritis and colitis have also become non existent due to consumption of millets and for me Dr Khadar vali is like something like next to God as long standind gastritis can become cancerous over the period. Hope this will help your concerns.

    Sir, thanks for the advice you have given to identify the ambali is rotten or not..still, just in general... if I cook the ambali by 8am in the morning, can I eat that in dinner at 8pm without keeping it in refrigerator? I am from Kolkata, hot and humid (50-60%) weather.
    Secondly, is it really required to coarse the grains before making ambali?

      Yes, you can eat by 8am.
      You can prepare with full millet without coarsing the grain

      Ferment for 8 to 10 hrs and eat immediately and discard the rest.. So make only how much is necessary

      You can continue taking millet ambali weekly thrice, remaining days in the form of millet rice, millet roti etc
