- Bradley Walker shares a story about how Joey asked him to sing the gospel hymn "Leave It There" at her graveside service. Bill Gaither of the Gaither Music Group, who was also at the funeral service, heard Walker's performance which led to an opportunity to record his own gospel album, film a TV special, and join several Gaither Homecoming events.

I love that song! It meant so much to me. At the time when they had the services for Joey, I was in the bed with 4 fractures in my back. I prayed for her to get well. When the services were taking place and Bradley sung that song , I was right there at the feet of Jesus in prayer. Beautiful song! Thank you for sharing with us.

Bradley Walker is a very talented man. I have memories of watching him perform as a teenager on the local Huntsville, AL TV station during the MD Telethons. His faith and his talents are blessings from the One up above that watches over us all!

Bradley is one of the most talented singer's i've ever heard and believe what I say I have heard and been around some of the best they are in the business but Bradley's voice is at the top.
I think Joey not only blessed the country music world with her beautiful voice & songs, she blessed all the people who her life touched. She was so talented & beautiful. When you think of what angels look like, I see Joey with the most gorgeous smile & 2 large white beautiful wings, & I doubt she hardly ever misses a night of coming back to earth to kiss her family goodnight, especially little Indy.
I cried when she passed, from the beginning of her treatment till the end. You can see how sad Rory is even today. I love brads singing he is awesome also.
I absolutely love listening to Bradley Walker! He puts a smile in my heart just hearing him. I especially love his two albums with Fortunes, Walker, Rogers, Isaacs I can't wait to hear their new one.
I have to say I have been blessed by Bradley and his music. I love the song him and Joey sang together. To be in the health they are were in god blessed and used them to bless people like me. I now am fighting cancer and I know god is gonna call me home before long my last wish would be I could come to Indiana and meet Bradley and rotary. I grew up in fairmount Indiana and never knew how much talent was so close. May god bless you guys Richly please keep singing to bless others who hear you. Thanks for your faithfulness

This story reminds me of Bart Millard's Story. Amy Grant helped him or we may have never heard his name. Joey and Rory helped Mr Walker. I am so inspired by this and hope somehow I could help someone to be great- what a joy that would be. I don't know how I could do that because no one knows me so it would be hard for me to propel anyone else but if I can or could I would and I will.
