I have 150 speed kafka with 3.5k atk + ruan mei so she's effectively at 160 speed + sampo or gui depending on enemy weakness. But my damage is not even close to your team. I can't do MoC 11 before it hits 20 turn lol. My other team is fine with acheron but gah damn my dot team is so underwhelming. I guess i won't be full starring MoC before i get black swan then.
