- The devices are water resistant but not waterproof. After riding in the rain,
1. Wipe it off with paper, then unplug it.
2. Open the ports and leave the device drying in an upright position (ports facing upright) with the gaskets / seals open so that water can vaporize
3. The room should not be cold
Well this caught me off guard… 🤣
This is commons sense for all electronic devices really. What I find strange though is that these devices are meant for use in rain but aren't even waterproof.

i still can not believe it yet wanted to thank you and also provide feeback to you. diagnosed with military neck, rounded shoulders and had double chin for almost a decade. such delicate and precise that exercise targets solye my plastysma mucle and triggers a tongue posture adjuetment as well (mewing, orthotropics)
and as soon as you give slight resistance to the temple every muscle group around ears, chin and neck feels "just right"

Nice variety lol! Quick chiro question, I’ve been happily reading through all your videos and articles but am a bit uncertain about one core issue. You, unlike many, advocate strengthening tight muscles over stretching and release because they are only tight due to weakness. 1) why couldn’t you stretch/release a muscle AND train it (best of both), 2) wouldn’t tight/active muscles get STRONGER over time? 3) in forward head posture the SCM is tight but shouldn’t it be strong from lifting the head all the time ? Thanks!

Ive noticed one thing thats maybe missing from your videos like strengrhening the iliacous and the QL is that if i hold the active position for 5 seconds per rep i feel the muscle burning much more
