Deconditioning the Solar Plexus - Why and How? | Human Design | Nina Elise

I don't even know where to begin with this video. It flowed out of me and here I am just vulnerably presenting my own deconditioning journey and what it actually means to connect and understand the solar plexus.
I believe there is a huge misunderstanding about the solar plexus and what it really means to ride an emotional wave.
The deconditioning process is actually looking at the root thoughts/beliefs/trauma underneath the emotions before you can even begin to trust your emotional waves (or what you THINK are your waves). I share the process and tools I used to go through the process, the difficulty in it, and also the relief that comes after going through it all.
It is my intention that this video brings a different perspective for how you experience and view your emotions and solar plexus. Take what you need from this 💛
