    Man, I bet that was a satisfying first drive after the mounts and shifter. When you do engine and suspension mods you tend to have high expectations that are normally not as explosive as you had imagined. Two mods that are focused towards drivability, one of which was desperately needed. Probably exceeded any expectations.
    Blown mounts suck, worn shifters suck. Fresh mounts and a proper shifter.... Oh I bet that was nice. Probably took the long way home...

    I find the best way to get the shift linkage pin out is a few taps with a hammer using one of the AC bolts. It fits perfect and is pointed so it holds steady.

    • @GarageBuiltHondas
      @GarageBuiltHondas  5 років тому

      Innovative are less expensive for the steel mounts. I like both except, just steer clear of the 60a durometer in the Innovative. The billet ones are similar from both companies. I'm using 3 sets of Hasport and 2 Innovative currently. Both have perfect fit. I'm not really biased except when I comes to spending rhe money and the Hasports I got all 3 sets used.
