I run into experts all the time that play like blue and black. More like Blue that stalls when they have won. I can only imagine they are trying to 1. troll or 2.take out their repressed anger over something or 3. they were on a losing streak and wanted to savor their victory.
Well if they can't afford therapy , taking out their repressed anger on a game of risk probably isn't the worst thing at least , albeit annoying as all heck haha
It is blowing my mind that blue didn't put a basically impenetrable 40 stack on ukraine at 17:46. I don't know how this game ends yet, but I'm pretty sure blue just threw. Edit: Nvm black gifted him the game. GG Kylted, this game was nice and tense pretty much the whole time.
the whole game I thought black was being too careful to the point of wasting like 50 troops worth of , one think I thought was maybe if all three players collaborated to punch blue back with each player on one of the three territories bordering ukraine attacking it, but it's unrealistic especially after black and green showed they wouldn't play teams also I'm pretty sure blue and black are collaborating because you don't get to expert being that bad at the game 100% black was just throwing to get 2nd place

I mean black came second, it's pretty easy to get expert rank playing that badly and hoping for second. This game needs about 20 more ranks. Novice to Grandmaster in only 5 steps makes it very difficult to judge player skill especially when people can grind out a single map with specific settings.
Somebody once said "“There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.” Not really sure how of if that really fits here, but this game made me think of it all the same! 🤣
Fun story, my family was "uncle family" for a bonobo here in Brazil He was staying on a preservation center called "Mata Ciliar" and we basically gave money for them to keep him well, I believe He was set free in a bigger preservation area later but i was too young to remember
I wonder if black assumed blue was going to win anyway because even if he slammed a stack into blue, blue still had a 29 stack ready to put in Blacks face. He probably figured if he did that you would quickly overwhelm green because green didn't have access to you and then you would clean up after blue destroyed black. that's the only thing I can think of.
I was thinking the same thing. If you don't see a way to stop a player in the lead without weakening yourself too much or angering them, best to play for best rank you can get.

Blue might actually be an expert but intermediate fits better. I HATE players like blue that get the obvious win and just stall cause now they feel like big man.... Red should not be intermediate... We need more of these kind of games again: no spoilers in the thumb nail (you showed the position you get in most of your latest videos, which I absolutely despise), more classic fixed and also the fact you did not win for once is great. I was really wondering how you turn this one around but then you are just human as well. Really dissapointed how blue ended the game and super surprised by the ranks of the players. Blue not seeing the win after like 15mins was just painful to watch and I was really hoping he would see it eventually but he lost all the simpathy I had for him how he ended it. Please more of these oldschool classic fixed Kylted vids! Thanks
What's the reason for opening black at 22:00? Did you really think he was gonna go from trying to kill you when blue holds Asia to kamikaze slamming blue because you were nice enough to open him?
I don't think the chance of him hitting blue is very high there, but I have to at least try if I want any chance of winning. The odds don't have to be good but I will try any line that gives me winning chances. If blue did some weird Ukraine take and guard with only a 10 stack then maybe black goes crazy.. there are many possibilities there.
I'm not very experienced at this game yet but judging by the stupidity of some of the decisions of the players in that game I think that someone was collaborating with someone
People worry so much about the ranking?! I use to be Master but now I'm an Intermediate and hunt the Cowards! 😂 I win the odd game but i make sure whoever is cowarding in a corner, for rank points dies!
Actually, blacks play was pretty smart. If he had gotten the 3 on 1, he could have gone for the double elimination and stack everything on Ukraine, which blue couldn't have broken and then he would have outproduce him probably winning the game
Blue played absolutely terrible! They could have taken Asia and stacked Ukraine way sooner. The fact that they didn't do that could have cost them the game. I guess Black just beelined for second place. Also with the stalling in the end I figured they'd both be beginners at best.
I think blue left that 35 in Ukraine because he knew he was slow, and if he wasn't able to clear the board in time he wouldn't have to worry about fortifying back.
When red was a human player, red didn't benefit from getting out of the way, other than getting a cheap card in China. (To be fair, Kyle wouldn't have benefitted much either, since pink was stacking in India.) After red became a bot, it was definitely preoccupied with NA. I don't play with blizzards on the Classic map, because the spawn can determine the outcome on the first turn, as it did here.
