Location, location, location! Salon 814 Main in Pella, owned by Nicolette Mitchell, hosts four stylist chairs, space for two aestheticians, and a licensed massage therapist. When they found a building in their ideal location that provided space for Nicolette's business and rental housing income, she and her husband contacted Leighton State Bank for guidance and expertise.
