I love how Tubbo is so understanding and is trying to hear what Sapnap is saying. Tubbo is just saying his opinions and what he thinks about the situation. He is going deeper into Sapnaps reasoning and trying to see Sapnaps point of view. He also doesn’t try to hurt anyone while saying his opinions. Tubbo is literally just trying to figure out the main reason for the switch that Sapnap made. Tubbo is so real and transparent with his community and that’s what I love about him.
Tubbo is always so well-spoken and considerate. I love to see how he can criticize his friends constructively and kindly while keeping his audience’s safety/well-being in mind

People are saying Twitch is just as bad or worse, but didn't Kick sign on someone who was banned on Twitch for sexual harassment or something? Also I've seen screenshots of the shit Kick allows in chats and chooses to platform. And all the whataboutisms (bringing up how Twitch or Tubbo's fandom are also bad) isn't helping. Kick is trying to capitalize on being a streaming site that allows gambling because Twitch doesn't anymore; where do people get the idea that Twitch is just as bad?

Tbh, I think a lot of dislike for kick is mostly due to the generalization of how the place is run, more or less due to the people like Adin Ross being one of the most popular streamers there. I do think though that sapnap and his community won't really have a problem there unless someone would try to raid his stream, but even than, its something that still as well happen on twitch and its his job as the streamer to moderate his chat anyways. Hopefully this does allow for other people to try out kick without the stigma kick has due to some streamers
Adin Ross isn't just one of the most popular streamers on Kick. He's a co-owner. His disgusting bigotry is bound to be prevalent on the platform and Kick probably won't do anything about it because they don't want to lose him. I genuinely hope Sapnap can bring some good to the platform but as Tubbo said "unicorns don't exist"
I believe that since sapnaps community is younger people that are the majority are not straight white cis males. the fact he’s bringing people as young as 13 and maybe younger (kids lying ab age) onto kick is terrifying, gambling, borderline p0rn and fuckin bigotry can literally ruin peoples lives and especially the fact that Aidan ross is literally a co-owner and we all know that kid.. That thing about sapnap sleeping thru a twitch thing, that’s kinda funny ngl like, i think there would be way less people upset with him if he was completely transparent about money and why he’s actually moving platforms. i really dont get how sapnap, if he knew his audience at all would even think this would be received well. on reflection, i think a lot of the pastebin is BS because i do not get why he wouldnt of just explained this from the offset specifically emphasising his desire to better the platform unless it was a PR move. Even then, surely he would know this wouldntve been well received so why not make excuses from the offset unless he is just that deluded to think it would be well received

Here's my speculation, sapnap either, didn't write that, he's lying because he can't say certain things or he's been given SO much money. Let's be fr, sapnap would've been stoped by dream, because dream is really good with stuff like social media, so the fact this has happened, means its alot of money, and sapnap saying this might have not been him. I don't think it is, that doesn't really seem like a sapnap thing, and plus he's very contradictory, meaning he probably doesn't even believe the things he's saying. Kick was apparently started in Australia, which as an Australian myself, I will say is not the best thing already. Most Australians have a... habit, I guess I should say, of already saying slurs in day to day speech. With everything I've heard about it... Yeah, as an actually genuinely nice person, I am going to say I don't feel like it's a nice platform to be on. Most streamers moved to UA-cam instead, which I think is a much better choice. Because the thing with Australians, because of the amount of slurs in our slang, I doubt it's going to be a properly friendly community as Australian standards are lower for what's 'acceptable'
Personally, I am in the LGBTQ+ community and I feel like part of Kick's problem may be the fact it's Australian. I've gotten called slurs enough in my day to day life to know it's essentially become normal Australian speech. Hell, we can be considered hypocritical with the recent referendum, and to an extent, racist. So even if Sapnap makes an actual attempt to change things, I have my doubts it will change

Well that clears things up sapnap got overwhelmed by money and thinking he would finally be recognised for what he’s worth and have a voice that will be heard. Keyword here. “Thinking” I won’t watch him on kick nor will I even download the app but I will continue to watch him on twitch and the fact that he’s only streaming once a week really does show that he’s aware of the issues and doesn’t want his community on there whilst these issues still exist on the platform which then begs the question why even stream to begin with?. Maybe it’s appart of the contract that he must stream once a week because he said he was looking for something to force him to stream more. That’s what I think about it but I could be wrong. And also saying one of the reason why he last twitch was because of Amazon to then go to another platform that is also owned by Amazon just baffles me because that’s in no way shape or form any justification for leaving twitch and then joining kick. And I do agree with what tubbo is saying about how other creators on kick will have a much larger voice in anything sapnap saying on kick purely because there the CEO. And I think that with all the feedback sapnap has gotten for the community he would have left kick but perhaps (this is my own theory) there are contiions in the contract that prevent him from leaving the platform and would explain why he is only streaming one day a week.

I honestly think that Sapnap can stream on any website he wants???? If you don't support the site that he streams on, then you don't have to watch him. It's as easy as that.

but honestly it’s a bit hypocritical to target Kick as a company instead of the people on it, because Twitch at the same time has way more allegations on Sexism, Racism and Favoritism. I am talking specifically as a company (but they’re are many individuals who are on the platform as well) & its employees. in fact twitch has made a policy for streamers not being allowed to talk about favoritism without being banned. Kick is a horrible platform but so is twitch and it’s bit laughable people will sit on a platform just a problematic as kick and criticize.
twitch only banned Adin Ross after they profited off him hosting problematic figures (like Andrew Tate) but no one addresses the issues with twitch long enough.
