I’m happy you talked about the cons of the Reverie notebook! On one hand, It is such a cool idea to have a bullet journal with paper that can handle true watercolor!! Plus the cover is insanely beautiful, better than any of the regular smooth paper bujos out there.
On the other hand, you ended up drawing the watercolor spread on another notebook and then gluing a scanned copy anyway, so you didn’t really use the watercolor paper of this bujo. Yet the rough texture made your fine liners dry, and also frays your brush pens. Another challenge: drawing a masterpiece on dot grid paper makes it difficult to scan and convert it into printable stickers and other merch. It’s tough to find a notebook that does it all 😅

watching you paint is like watching someone do magic. Just when I'm sure it can't possibly get any better, you add a detail and boom! It's even more beautiful now. Love this spread, it's kicking my ass for not having completed mine yet 😂 (though of course it wont be even half as beautiful)

I've been following you for years and what I like about your channel is that you are always very inspiring. Idk how much of a burden it is to come up with such a set up month after month, but it definitely does not show! Have you studied art or graphics design?
