དྲན་ཡ་དེ་འཁྲུལ་སྣང་རེད་ཟེར།
And missing someone is an illusion.
སྐྱིད་སྣང་དེ་རྫུན་མ་རེད་ཟེར།
They say, The sensual pleasure is an unreal
ཕོག་ཐུག་དེ་སྡུག་གྱོང་རེད་ཟེར།
And being hurt by someone is the biggest loss!!
དགའ་རོགས་སྒྲིག་དུས་ཀྱི་འཚོ་བ་ཚང་མ།
They Say, The whole moment of being in love with someone is
སྙིང་པོ་མེད་པའི་འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ།
the suffering of Samsara, which is essence-less.
སོ་སོ་དང་འདྲ་བའི་བརྩེ་གྲོགས་ཚང་མ།

By reflecting on both happiness and suffering,
སྙིང་སྡུག་ཁྱེད་རང་དྲན།

The love which was sweeter than the honey,
རལ་གྲི་ལས་ཀྱང་རྣོ་བའི་མི་ཁས་བཅོམ་སོང་།
was destroyed by the slanders which are sharper than the sword.
