tamil normal audiance just start to see malayalm fiilms they need more time to understand this type of films and the pace of the films.normally they seen a hero fighting with 1000 people and masala dance and directors dont give them a chance to watch standard films.another thing is nowdays also village people thinks malayalam film means shakkeela films.they dont know that films only focus for that type of people in Kerala and tamilnadu.some films even not release in kerala only for tamilnadu. once film flop tamil good directors also start to make masala movies slowly audiance taste changed and focus only on dance and fight not in story.failed heroes very rarely i seen in tamil movies
