    Recipe and ingredients:
    1 large can of oat flakes or 100 gr.
    200 ml water.
    Sweetener to taste.
    Cinnamon optional.
    Vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Leave on for 10 minutes.
    2 bananas.
    Bananas are a great substitute for eggs.
    Beat with a mixer.
    1 tablespoon baking powder.
    a pinch of salt.
    2 tablespoons oil.
    Swim as you please.
    Salt.
    ½ cup coconut flakes.
    Pumpkin.
    1 apple.
    1 banana.
