i don't understand one part of this scheme. so basically the mortgage youre paying off is not actually the mortgage balance, rather the yearly interest. so you might get comfortable with the 5000 pounds, but you are actually in huge debt. and if the market falls into recession, values dropping and rents also dropping, you still have the same mortgage balance to pay off eventually. what do you do from then on?
Could you make a video of doing it with someone from scratch to show that it’s possible, like my self with no experience showing me each process and then seeing the results - would be a great UA-cam video
Is there no explanation for how each person casually bought a house in the hundreds of thousands at the start? If everyone had that, wouldn’t we all do the same?
