- Frank Raines is an awesome little ohv park just out side Patterson, CA.
Don't let the size of this ohv park fool you, there are some hard and steep trails scattered throughout. We had a blast with some friends and met some new ones. The near by park is a must stop for the kids.

Yes there is it's a small OHV park but fun to kill a few hours

Was most of the park blocked off still? Or did they open it up?
unfortunately, a lot of the park's trails were blocked. They are trying to regrow the vegetation that was lost.
@@CaliVibesOffRoad yeah, the fire did some damage. I just wasn't sure if they opened it or not.

Yes I believe so it's a requirement for all of California.
