No wanderer and also Xianyun is faster than yelan is used properly with dashes.

- Sayu is still #1 when it comes to travelling fastest overall. Her IMS state holds up to 10s for a 6-11s CD. Plus, you can add just 1 more anemo character to enable resonance for +10% speed.
- In Clorinde's case, you'd have to actively spam her e skill in a shorter time frame (7,5 s). The effective cooldown is (16s - 7,5s) = 8,5s. Given the risk of autotargetting nearby enemies and spamming-failure due to lag/latency, it's not worth the extra 1s (which can evaporate depending on your internet connection).
- And Yelan trades 10s CD for only 3s duration. It's good for short distances but still doesn't beat Sayu in the overall tradeoff.

@tokyo-sz4zd Xianyun has like 3 sec cd and if played properly and not like this vid she would place second if not first.

@tokyo-sz4zd Sadly I have neither of them yet. But it really depends on what you need the speed for. I, for instance, mine a lot, so I need units that cover horizontal distances between teleporters and ore deposits. I doubt I would use Xianyun or Wanderer in my team, since catalysts can't break ores.

wanderer is fastest overall, no doubt. i have him and hes much faster than sayu esp cz sayu can easily get stuck w rocks/cliffs. wanderer doesn't. and they both get the anemo bonus

Yeah, she is fast, however while she is fast, she can't change direction that easily, so while she is good in a straight line, if you want to move in different directions or switch direction or be more precise with your movement, she is not that good. A good example of this is that event where you had to gather coins and dodge balloons where you are being given Clorinde-Kazuha-Yelan-Chiori-Xianyun and.... was that all? I think so. At the end you can chose 2 of those 5 who you use, and I chose Yelan over Clorinde because Yelan is easier to move with.

@@Kenji_Endo Yeah, Sayu is pretty good for travel, however the reason why I would put Wanderer or Xianyun or Yelan over Sayu is the fact that they can do more than just travel, where they also bring some dmg to the table , which saves you time in other ways, because its not all just travel. But Sayu probably is the best travel unit in the game. OFC.
