And EEE is not considered, because it is meant to be lower branch, and have less opportunities

I have got a rank of 230000 (84.4 percentile ) (general , outside delhi ), Which is the best possible college and branch I may get in Spot round in IPU counselling ? Also should I register for IPU Counselling right now or is it possible that I can register directly for the spot round ?
Yes you can directly register for spot round (1500 + 1000 + 500)
At this rank, you may get ADGITM ece, and lower colleges

I saw the official allotment sheet of MQ Admissions of MAIT of last year , there were outside delhi students who got 85%/84%/83% in 12th and still got CST/IT alloted in MAIT through management quota,so do i also have a chance to get CSE Related branches/IT in MAIT/MSIT/BVCOE through MQ ?
