Go for it. Just book your flight to Brussels, and keep checking the Tomorrowland ticket page and register once they release the tickets. It takes almost a full day of attention. If you don't score tickets, be sure to be connected to a friend in Europe that can get it for you. IF that doesn't work, look into ViaGoGo, I bought mine there as last resort and it was legit. I was scared that it was a scam, but it wasn't. I still have the wrist band to prove it. :) Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
