Arigato Sensei Quimby, An ongoing thank you and appreciation for the body of work that you have provided us to train with when we can not make it to a regular dojo. I may be missing what I am looking for but do you have a video or are working on a resource for BLOCKS - Jodan Uke, Chudan Uke, Gedan Uke, Uchi Uke, Soto Uke, Mawashi Uke, Wa Uke, Tsuru Uke. Thank you for your kind reply and time during these trying times.
I‘ve vídeos with two versions of this block: 1st, with the palm pointing outside, like in your vídeo. And 2nd, with the palm pointing inside, to your face, until the hand reaches the top position. I wonder of these two forms have different applications or if one is more common?
