    Been getting up at 4 for probably 10 years. Pop right out, get ready and head to gym for 2.5 hours. This truly gets your blood flowing for the day and helps me sleep soundly!

      2.5 hours 🤯🤯 but I agree with you! It’s totally what I’ve been experiencing these last two months
