Actually I just ordered a kit for my carb - I noted that you put two of the seals in the main jet which was interesting to see and that you tweaked the new float lever - should it be level with the edge of the carb body? Thanks @@BoatMotors
@@Britcheflee I'm doing it for reason. If the black part of the float touch the carburetor the needle will be open and will release some fuel in the carburetor. This will flood the carburetor and will start leaking. I bend it slightly to make it work properly. Don't forget the kit reproduction is not perfect.
Hello, I have a Johnson 6hp 1969, it only starts with the choke activated if I deactivate the choke it turns off, also it only lasts on from 1 minute to 50 seconds, I don't know what it could be, can you help me?

Mine has a hole on the left side of the bowl that leaks gas. Should it be plugged somehow
