From knee replacement issues to e-bikes you’re doing great Russ haven’t seen your channel in awhile four years later I’m still having issues with my knee
@ well my issue was a work injury that turned to a staph infection and i lost part of the femur and tibia so it have a rod inside the bone both ways with knee replacement hardware and spacers. Complicated
Hi russ great video. I do understand that you work very hard to showcase ebikes for these companies and deserve compensation for your time. I suggest the ones your dont want, go ahead and sell them and for tax purposes donate the money from the bike to a locale charity, i.e. Volunteer fire department or homeless shelter, or local church and let your hard work and time stay in your locale community, and i would advise the companies that this is what you do with the bikes and in that way the companies will respect you and know your a honest person that cares about their community. Take care and i look forward to your next video.
Your biggest problem with having too many bikes is that you can't let any go. I don't blame you; I'm just saying. I owned 24 bikes at one point, and I bought them all. I sold 19 during the Covid bike shortage when they were easy to sell, but now I'm back up to a dozen. 8 regular and 4 e-bikes. Getting them for free would make it much easier to let them go. I wouldn't be worried about how much I was losing on each sale.
I only watch one ebike UA-cam channel where they put lots of miles on their bike. Information from their breakdowns is useful information. Only having new bikes tell about problems of new bikes. Everyone does that. But information about future problems would be very helpful.
That Stellar Falcon is very tempting. I almost bought one at my local dealer during their Black Friday sale. If they had a regular frame version instead of the mid-step, I'd get one for sure.
Keep the folding e-bikes and tell the folks who want that type bike to use your affiliate link and coupons. Maybe you could let them ride your bikes that would help them decide if they are a good fit.
Many are looking for a deal... more so than just the discounts from the affiliate links. I often sell my bikes for hundreds of dollars off below the sale prices of the companies.
I would like a folding bike myself because everything I own is small. My house, car, etc… so, I see how you would want to keep them seeing that they’re the most portable for travel and to store. 🤔
Keep your bikes!! You can steer the people to the companies that have bikes that would fit them. A lot of sales going on right now. That Euphree is so nice but can't do a mid-step.
Keep your Jaguarundys for trips. If your advice is a 20” bike, refer them to your links. It’s difficult to let go especially if you enjoy them. You do you Russ.
Thanks! Well, of the bikes I have reviewed, the one that immediately comes to mind is the Wired Cruiser (does up to 40 mph if unlocked and comes with two 62 volt batteries). The bike would be just fine I believe based on their website's specs. They claim 6'4" but that's close enough. If the bike isn't, you could always try to find a longer seat post that can make it taller. Overall, the Cruiser is a very large frame. As for weight... no problem. I am currently around 221 lbs, but I weighed 268 last year. While I did not ride this bike when I was that weight, I am confident it could handle the weight. The bike is built very strong. Watch my review of the bike here: ua-cam.com/video/S69PUE86rCQ/v-deo.html. Please use my affiliate link in the description of the video before placing an order if you decide on the bike. Thanks!
Can’t stack bikes, so you would need a huge storage shed or facility. Not practical for rides either because then I would have to drive to the facility to take a bike out.
As a eBike reviewer are you allowed to donate these bikes? I have aspirations to review bikes someday in OC California and was thinking I would like to donate these bikes if my channel gets bigger because I know how difficult it is for me to afford an eBike and as a commuter I see people struggling for miles just to get to work on regular bikes.
Most ebike companies give you the bike to keep (or donate if you like) in exchange for your review. Most do not tell you what to say and I would definitely stay away from any company that does. Some will ask to see the video before you publish it so that they could tell you "Do not publish" if they want. They have that right. But I won't change the content even if they tell me to. However, some have pointed out some features I may have missed and then I would definitely go back and add those features in the review. That's just being helpful. But a total change of content is definitely a no in my book!

Sorry you are still having issues. What do you think is keeping you from doing better with the knee?

Wow, that does sound complicated!

They come in handy!
Keep your bikes!! You can steer the people to the companies that have bikes that would fit them. A lot of sales going on right now. That Euphree is so nice but can't do a mid-step.
Yeah, I need them to make videos too!

@IRail-u7n 👍
Either put a shed in the back yard, or rent a storage facility!
