Hello everyone, We explore the living ghost town of eureka Utah. We had a great time and we hope you enjoy our adventure.thank you for being the best part of our channel.
My grandparents and later my uncle lived at 144 Main Street. My Grandfather was a book keeper for the Tintic Mining Company until the mines closed. My uncle moved back into the house around the time my grandmother passed away and he lived there until he passed away. My Grandfather was William Hatfield Treloar and my uncle was Don Treloar. I think they both served as mayor at different times?
Hello, it is great that you are attached to so much history in the town. We loved walking around and exploring all the buildings. Super nice people here. We had some great conversations. Thank you for the great comment and watching and we will see you in the next one.
Nice, my grandfather was a German immigrant. I wish I would have learned more German from him. Thank you for watching and the comment, we will see you in the next one.
If you keep following the road that follows the lake on the west end of the lake going north there will be a marker and it tells you that if you look out into the field you can see pioneer wagon ruts. I’m not sure if you went to Delta and went to the interment camp museum. Very well put together museum. Also down in the area if Eureka and surrounding towns are huge orchards mostly peaches. Also if you keep going north on the road following the lake and signs it will take you to pony express points (west Utah 73) and to Camp Floyd State Park and museum.
Thank you for the information, such a nice area. We will for sure see those location as we are on the road every weekend, thank you for watching and the comment and we will see you in the next one.
