Excellent sir,but i have a doubt When we are collecting vials after filling then ok ,we can easily find which try we collected and at which place but if the vial are entered into lyo and then after we take for sealing then we collect these vials,so how we can detect if among that vial is microbial contaminated found by micro dipartment,
In case of auto loading unloading system we load the vials on shelf. My question is that how to track intervention in particular shelf as we have performed number of different type of intervention in single shelf
In That Case we have to record all trays filled per shelf and time span of filling of the shelf and compare it with all interventions performed during filling of that shelf, This is Best we can do for tracking
@@PHARMAVEN during unloading we will unload the vials shelf wise and also identify the shelf number on tray. But practically is difficult to track growth from shelf number As in single shelf multiple intervention performed.
