I had tried the recipe 3 times with exactly the same ingredients, I noticed the jelly egg yolk and filing are kind of watery or very soft while yours look hard ? Any idea what's missing ? I am using Redman agar agar premix powder and premix jelly powder. Looking forward to hear your expertise advise.
