The master closet should have more that wire racks. For a million dollars, I need a closet with cabinets and drawers....the house is nice but that would make me look elsewhere.
Absolutely agree… the other bedrooms closets were so small in comparison as well… I did love the potential to finish the basement…lots of additional living space there :)

A few too many construction grade finishes for a million+ dollar home. That 1/2 bath sink, the glued on bath mirror, no crown molding where there should be, closets are 200K - 300K level. The size of the house and lot are a plus but that price…😮 would be interesting see the build out cost because this house seems highly overpriced

Not seeing nearly enough detail and craftsmanship to warrant that price. Perhaps the location is putting it in that high price point. Wire shelving. Cheap fixtures. Cheap molding and trim. Same materials common to lower priced track homes. Master bath is nice. Great yard but not for $1.3m
For a million dollars you think the master suite closet would have better quality and not wire racks. Bonus with the prep kitchen. Love love it. Beautiful layout. Thank you for showing

Yesterday video 1998 🏡 1.3M same as this 2022 and this has (5) 🛌 rooms (sigh) 😒. The kitchen/ prep area ❤, 🛀🏾 in way unless whirlpool 🤷🏾♀️ otherwise service no purpose the shower 🚿 is er’thng 😉.

@@PaulinaMuez I was looking for the mention of Toll Brothers in the narration but some other names were talked about. I've watched the original Rosebriar at The Shirley Estates , including the same prep kitchen.
