  • Look no more for ruffled peyote stitch patterns: this ruffled necklace made with seed beads in the peyote stitch techniques is something intriguing...and nice....
    NEW 👍 ruffled peyote design here: • Peyote Ruffle Bracelet...
    Hello Friends,
    Welcome to a new beading tutorial. This ruffled peyote stitch made with seed beads (and not Delica beads) is one of the patterns that turns the technique on its head. Just 10 minutes you need to learn how to bead it and then...just have fun making your own necklace...or bracelet - why not?
    The necklace is made out of a sequence of ruffled circles interlaced together. The main technique used is the circular peyote stitch. The beading pattern uses 11/0 seed beads, in two colors. The tutorial is appropriate for beginners.

    Just came across your chanel today. This is very lovely and unusual piece. Will it also work with Delicas?

      @BeadingTutorialsNews  4 роки тому

      Hi, I think the Delicas could make the ruffles look chunky...I've never tried this pattern with Delicas, so it's worth exploring....but I would suggest you keep the expensive Delicas for the proper regular peyote designs :-)

    I really like this but don’t understand how you start do you pick up 40 beads and make a circle then peyote around

    • @BeadingTutorialsNews
      @BeadingTutorialsNews  3 роки тому

      Yes, you make a first circle exactly as the one I show, then just connect them... I tried to be smart and keep the tutorial short , that's why I skipped that step... I hope it wasn't too confusing... Thanks Pia!

    Thank you so much for such a creative design of we make a Breaclete or a Neckless how much should we sell it for I have made with 8/0 size

      The price it really depends on the prices on your local market... Put on the paper how much time you spend to make it, and so how much you want to charge for that...plus the price of the beads... Then maybe double or triple that for some profit...and see how the price goes where u want to sell it....I hope it helps...

    What kind of thread did you use?

    • @BeadingTutorialsNews
      @BeadingTutorialsNews  4 роки тому +1

      For all my projects I use Nymo thread...I reinforce the work usually at clasps, otherwise, the thread gives flexibility and good durability... I sometimes use One G as well (slightly more expensive than Nymo)...

    You started with 40 beads. To what sizes can I vary it?

    • @BeadingTutorialsNews
      @BeadingTutorialsNews  Рік тому +1

      I must say that the 40 beads gives quite a big size of the ruffle... You can put more if you want, buy it might make the work loose the shape and might not look very nice when worn... It's a matter of personal preference though...

    can we do this with bigger-sized beads?

    • @BeadingTutorialsNews
      @BeadingTutorialsNews  4 роки тому

      I have used 11/0 for this pattern...I think it would work also with 10/0 and 9/0, even with 8/0...but I don't see bigger beads would look good on this pattern. Don't forget you need lots of beads and if you use 8/0 it can get too expensive to make....
