But to say STAYs don't care about Chan is categorically untrue. If the song wasn't released the same day as Seungmin's first fashion show (one he was super nervous about), I'm 100% positive he would have hit the million with time to spare. STAY had to divide their time in-person & online to make sure everyone felt supported while also working. I'm sure Chan is fine sacrificing views to make sure his Seungmin felt supported.

They for sure would have still gotten that million or more with all that was going on.

If the song wasn't released the same day as Seungmin's first fashion show (one he was super nervous about), I'm 100% positive he would have hit the million with time to spare. STAY had to divide their time in-person & online to make sure everyone felt supported while also working. I'm sure Chan is fine sacrificing views to make sure his Seungmin felt supported.

Although yes you are right about Chan not minding sacrificing views for Seungmin, I still believe stays have their favoritism and hide behind their OT8 facade. If it weren't Chan record but some of the most favored members like Felix, Hyunjin, Lee Know, and Han that it would have been different. (Personally, I think she hit the nail on the head!) I am confident that this is a stylistic choice SKZ will use whenever they deem it appropriate to the final project, and that it is not something needed to "correct" inadequate vocals.
