Just an FYI for anyone that doesn't know... The i7 6700 is the locked version of the chip and as such is not able to be overclocked. You need the i7 6700k edition to enable overclocking. It wasn't an issue with the motherboard.
According to the devs, they didn't want to create a game where you build new PCs with all new parts and sell them for a profit. They just wanted to create a dynamic for getting rid of free used parts. From what I understand, the way to profit is to buy broken PCs at really deep discounts off the auction site, replace busted parts with used working parts and then overclock the snot out of what's left. In theory, that should yield a decent profit.
A good way to make a few bux is buying cheap broken pc's from pc bay and fixing them if its worth it or strip it for parts, had multiple pc's with broken ram and even one or 2 with only an case fan broken, easiest money ever. Or like i said strip them and combine them into high performance pc's but all used and sell them, also always run the benchmark it gives you more resell worth.
You should increase the bitrate in OBS. It's under output -> Recording Below Regulationmethod. It ruines the image quality of your video if you have it too low.
Some advice though, when I got the search results for this vid I was looking up how to make money, so I'm interested in the Selling your custom builds aspect of your video but I'm sitting listening to you tell me what I already know about building a PC so it feels like filler waiting for what I'm here for, so I think it would have been better if you just covered the information to do with Selling the custom builds.

Hey dude, any idea if this is better now? I just bought the game and didn’t even realize there was a PC Bay to sell them on. That’s exciting as I’ve just been doing the jobs that come in.
at about 14:55, and again at 15:20 you totaly put that fan on the CPU on backwards... i like how the arrow points one way but if you look closer the blades angle and the direction the animation is spinning... if you put it backwards its still spinning the correct way to force air out the back however the arrow says otherwise...
I like the look of the room in the previous versions... lighting is much better. I'm new to this game... currently about to be stuck (again) I'm sure in the career; people say they want an upgraded video card but there are none... I don't think so wtf
@@CraftageNate I finally turned off the game after grinding it all day. Restarted the career, paid a bit more attention to things. Finished the first month of work, and just into Level 8. Level 9 you can put together a computer and sell it on that PC Bay, right? I have a lot of spare parts lol
@@CraftageNate ...honestly that 980ti Gold Edition type of card is my main seller. Users keep coming back eventually, they need to give me a better vid card if they want a better one next time haha I really like the budget builds, especially if they have well over $1000 (at the end of the first month of career)
Your problem isnt the game if you unlock and get the market app it will track the ups and downs so if you wait for the market to be high u can get profit also you can just only take orders that are building pc for people and make them to their specs

Can we have a more detailed video about how a pcu lock works and the best raydon cards to use for a benchmark with a core 7 8700derp installed. I imagine the CPU (that silver square you put onto the board) runs cooler if you don't add paste and a cooler since the air can access it easier?.. The least I was expecting is mention of the market and selling when demand is high. This guy would be what we call at work the true definition of a PICNIC (problem in chair not in computer)
